Shipping & Delivery:
We accept payment by all major credit cards. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, email or over the Internet.

Shipping And Handling UK only:
We deliver your order right away. You will normally receive your order in 5 business days. International orders are generally received within 21 days. If the item you have ordered is not in stock, we will order it for you on backorder. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait for its arrival/
Tax Charges All prices quoted are subject to VAT at the prevailing rate
 
Credit Card Security:
We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet. All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any website.

Returns & Replacements:
Any product that is deemed faulty due to manufacturing should be returned directly to the respective manufacturer whose address can be found on their website. Any product that may have been purchased on this website can be returned to Ladds who will either refund the cost of the purchase or exchange for a different size if received back within 7 days. The purchaser will be responsible for covering the cost of the courier back to Ladds. If you do require an item to be sent back to Ladds, the return address is Ladds of Crediton, Downes Mill, Crediton, Devon EX17 3PW. Please include your purchase details and requirements. Any purchased item returned to Ladds after 7 days is liable to a £15.00 restocking fee.

Ordering:
Your order will be placed via our online ordering system. We currently use Worldpay (part of RBS) as our payment integration gateway.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions:
Payment is made via our online ordering system. We aim to price our products extremely competitively. You will be informed of any promotions that we are running via email if you have chosen to do so – our promotions run on an irregular basis so we will be unable to inform you a long time in advance of such acts.

Viewing Orders:
You can view your order history and your previous orders by logging into your secure area.

Updating Account Information:
You can update your account information by logging in using your username and  password and editing your current information.
